My huge electricity bills due to my home and my farming commitments really made me interested in solar panels 

I went to see Tom to pick up a peloton bike that I brought off him and we started chatting after loading it up and he was very personable and very friendly asking me all about my farming and kite surfing and because of that I wanted to find out about him and what he did, he told me about what he used to do as he ran his own company and said he was now in partnership with Assembly Renewables fitting solar and heat pumps which really sparked an interest in me having already had somebody round to look at the property 7 months earlier without any follow up. Tom said ‘Well if you give me your postcode I will have a look at the property and let you know my thoughts’, which he duly did 2 days later and asked if he could pop over and have a look at the property. We arranged a date and he came over and we looked at how the system would work and the potential cost to me. I was delighted with this response and instructed Tom to get the ball rolling.

Then the surveyor Rob came a week later as arranged and agreed that it was a perfect place to site the panels and that we needed to dig across the garden and arranged where the inverter would need to be placed all under the instruction of Tom, as he was here as well during the survey. They then gave me a date within a week of the 13th of January to start the fitting process. 

They came on the 13th as arranged. George and his colleague arrived and talked me through exactly what they were going to do, very nice guys to have around and they were very efficient. I came and went and left them with the house keys and felt more than happy to do so. It took a week for the installation which went without a hitch. 

Rob the surveyor came on the last day just to check everything and oversee the installation.

The system has performed far better than any of us had predicted due to where the panels have been sited over the moon with the system and we are not even in the summer and I have already produced a huge amount of electricity.

I would highly recommend this firm for a number of reasons they were efficient did exactly what they said they would do the price was a lot lower than I had anticipated and they did not try to sell me other things to go with the system but advised me to give it several months to see how much I was generating before looking at potential battery storage options. 

The workforce were lovely to have around and very efficient and the whole experience was one of enjoyment. I highly recommend this firm.
